Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you need to cancel your appointment I kindly ask that you do so 24 hours prior to your booked appointment.  I will try to reschedule your appointments but cannot guarantee.   Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, 50% of booked treatment.

No shows / missed appointments will be charged the full price of treatments booked.

Deposits will not be refunded.

Gift Vouchers

Are non-refundable, but can be used to purchase products.  They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Products

Are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they are faulty.

Courses

All course purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable and need to be paid in full at the first appointment.

Courses are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in treatments being deducted from your course.

Permanent Make-Up

A patch test and consultation is required 48 hours prior to your initial treatment where a non-refundable booking fee of £50.00 is payable.

This deposit is to guarantee your allocated appointment, where the salon will be ready for you and prepared with resources and consumables, I also reject other clients from your reserved time.

Health & Safety

To comply with Health & Safety children are not permitted in the salon.

Prices & Treatments

All prices, treatments or courses are subject to change without prior notice.

If you change your treatments on the day you will be charged for the treatments received and the price may differ than the previous booked treatments.

Pregnancy & Breast Feeding

Please advise if you are pregnant or breast feeding as this may affect your desired treatment.

Parking

There is 1 hours free parking in Baker Street, additionally there are two public car parks Baker Street and Churchfields.
