COVID-19 Policy
We have all been affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, but whilst the salon has been closed I have been making some changes to make sure that the salon is ready for you to be welcomed back in a safe environment. I have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK trade body for our industry.
I have since made a number of changes in the way that I operate that you will notice when you next visit. I wish for you to enjoy your time with me and my priority is to keep all my clients and myself safe and well.
If you have any of the symptoms on the day of your appointment please call or text to reschedule. DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT
If for any reason I feel unwell on the day of your booked appointment, I will contact you to reschedule. Whilst I appreciate this may be inconvenient for you, this is done entirely for your own safety.
As a priority please be assured that any laundry/towels used in the salon are changed between each client, my uniform is changed daily and only worn in the salon these are all washed at 60 degrees.
I understand the importance of hand hygiene and will ensure that I wash my hands in according with NHS recommendations before the start your treatment. If you wish to wear PPE please bring this with you.
In order to avoid handling of cash, I would prefer if you could pay for your treatment by card / or in advance using bank transfers. All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety. I will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.
Thank you for your understanding
